How to place profile picture?

I had hard time to explore how to get this going placing photo in my profile. How would I do this? I am thinking what to place, my very own face or an avatar. Will putting my face gives more interest to other mylotters or they like avatar instead. What do you think will benefit me more here in mylot? Will you help me guys decide.

Firstly welcome to myLot forestger,
You can put a profile picture and or avatar by going up to the preference tab above this page, there you will upload it from your computer.
Whether you have an avatar does not change an opinion of who the person is because I am one to read the posts and get an idea of the person. It is nice to have something there because many do not remember ID names with the green man in there because there are so many.
I think you should put something there and have fun with it. You can also change it as often as you like.

Thank's a lot hardworkinggurl, I have just updated my profile. This little problem of mine is solved I really appreciated your kind help. I hope you like my profile photo I am kind of shy so I placed the one turning my back there.

I love it! I like the whole background scene, and with you facing with your back to us leaves a bit to mystery, lol.. Have fun on the lot and I do look forward to more interaction.
