the use of neobux help ticket

I am new to ptc sites. And the other day, i got some problem log in the site, so i wrote a letter to tickets@neobux.com. Then i got their letter,and they give me a ticket number.
The question is how to use the ticket? Still write to the same email box :tickets@neobux.com? with the title of the number of the ticket?

You can go to the forum and check the status of the ticket. I do know that one of the faq says that it can take 48 - 72 hours before you will receive a response.

Hi,i have gone to the forum to look for the same problem i met. There is a neobux member who got the same problem as me. And there are some suggestions for him.
I will try to use the same guidelines to see if my problems can be solved, thanks for your response.
