Exercise and prayer or meditation both relieve stress. Also, being out of doors where you can walk or be part of nature, watch birds and things like that, have been proven to relieve stress. Surround yourself with the colors of nature or wear them (green, sky blue, brown, etc). Listen to relaxing music, take a long bath or stand in the shower paying attention to the water. There are a lot of ways, but you will have to choose the ones that help you the most.

Peace and quite at times. Also being in the company of many that can lighten the mode and allow me to laugh along with them.
There are certainly many ways to release stress such as reading, myLotting, socializing etc..

When I'm stressed, I always watch movie at home lying, and get some sleep. Then every wednesday I go to swimming to exercise. I play with the kids, laugh and think positive. Stay out of stressful news stories, sounds, sights and people for the meantime.
