Paypal RBI new rule for paypal India Users

Hi, Most of paypal India users might already know about new Paypal and Rbi rule than we cant keep money in paypal for more than 7 days. I had contacted Paypal and i got the reply as below "All the fees will be waived in connection to the new policy. We are committed to making your experience with PayPal pleasant and rewarding. Thank you for choosing PayPal" So does that mean that there wont be any Rs50 transaction fee while withdrawal to bank account??? has anyone tried to withdraw and checked if they charged any fee?? I wanted to ask another question What happens if we keep money in our paypal account for more than 7 days ?? Thank You
