Which Death Note character is your favorite and why. My favorite character is Near because he is the most oddest character in DN. I like how he can solve things easily and how he can be so calm even while being in dangerous situation.

My favorite character is L. He really is a pure genius. However I do not like Near and Mello as much. I am not to sure why.

At first I did'nt like Near either he seemed boring. But after I watched the whole series again I started to realize that he was awesome.

I have to go with what others are saying L because of how he thinks and his personality. The actor who played him in the live action was good, got his mannerisms and everything. I was at an anime con and someone cosplayed him and it wasn't about the clothes, but his mannerisms and personality this person got it all right. BUT I also like Light. I like his thinking and some of the things he does. I mean who doesnt want a world without crime?

My favorite is L. He's unique and has a very interesting way of analyzing things. On the other hand, I think Light is cool but I hate his cowardly behavior.
