Which is the best PC RPG ever made?

I bought a new PC yesterday, which have very good components and now I wish to play the best PC RPG. I cannot wait to became a part of some different fantasy world, but cannot decide which one to play.
Which is the best PC RPG at your opinion?

Hi!
The best rpg I've ever played is "The elder scroll III: Morrowind". It's a great game with great possibilities of make free tours on the virtual world and many ways to upgrade his own skills. I love the graphic too.
Which rpg game do you prefer? Did you play Morrowind, what do you think about?
