Hi, I am facing problem of Infertility. I was supposed to go for IUI this time. Doc gave me Letrozol and HMG 75 IU Inj. Now on 10th day 3 follicles are seen. One in right ovary of size 28*30 mm and couple of follicles in left ovary, one is of 30*20mm and second one is 28*26 mm. But today my doc said we should not do IUI this time as there are 3 follicles, so chances of multiple pregnancies increases. As per my doc there should be one or max two follicles. On the other hand as much as I read on internet I found 3 follicles are good number for IUI.
