Is it true that baking soda is effective in making teeth whiter?
Are there side effects? I don't like my teeth getting damaged by baking soda power XD

Baking soda is a very fine abrasive. Guess what is in toothpaste, which does the cleaning, fine silica (sand like).
Don't worry about damaging your teeth with baking soda, unless you brush your teeth when you don't have any plaque on them, with it, you should be fine.

Even my dentist recommended baking soda to me to whiten my teeth so i guess it's okay.

Well Yeah office bleaching technique yields good result. But it is not very affordable in our place though.

Definatly!I whitened my teeth alot of times with baking soda, even my dentist recommends it!
It works like magic, just mix with water and use after brushing. My teeth have never looked so perfect before, just remember not to over use it,as too much of everything is bad.
