Weird Feeling on my Birthday=(

I just feel sad today and feel like posting it=(...I don't know human's emotion is more high when his birthday is coming. (im not advertising my bday though;P)...I just noticed it. Another year will be added to me in few days now. I remember when I was a kid, and I guess you'll agree that when our bday is coming, were so excited, however it changes as the years pass by. I'm not yet old, just turning 26, but I don't know, having this experience for few years already. Maybe I'm the only person experiencing it, but I feel so sad, feel so empty?...yeah perhaps. Is there any psychological explanation on this?=P I'm just lazy to write on my diary and sometimes its just nice to shout out and let other people know what you're feeling.

Happy Birthday! What you're feeling isn't unusual at all. I feel the same every time my birthday is approaching. It's just one of those times you have to face the fact that you're not going to be young forever. It reminds you that time doesn't stop for anyone and things are changing. I'm turning 27 this summer and, to be honest, I'm not really looking forward to my birthday. Though a reason/pretext for celebrating is always a good thing!
