Yesterday I worked all day but now early in the morning I start to ask myself - for what?
Why the people like me have to work hard to help others to became rich?
The bosses would never gave us the right payment.
Why the world is created that way?
Just imagin what would happen if we all stop to work until we get the deserved payment?
I think this would be the only thing that could make things change.

That is why you have to find ways and solutions on how to be your own boss. I joined AMWAY and when I am not busy, I have extra time, I do mylot so that I do not waste my time.
Amway is an internet store. If you want to join, there is a yearly fee ($62.00 a year) but you get this money back when a lot of people join. visit my website and check it out www.amway.com/shereevillaflores check it out and see if you want it. It is our store and when you join, you make money like I do.

If all stopped working it would certainly ruffle some feathers but unfortunately the rich would replace the employees with others that will take on the job for perhaps even a smaller wage.
It is unfortunate indeed but unless an entire boycott were to occur, which of course would be impossible because many have to work to simply afford the basic necessity. (*sad*)
I do hope that your current job gets better and or maybe consider silently seeking another place of employment.

Pinoer, I am also an employee for others, so I know it's tough to work under bosses who don't pay as much as we want.
You could try being your own boss, even in your mind. I am sure you will see their perspective better.
It's an open job market. If you believe others will pay you better, why not consider? Some time, you have to settle for what you have, because Man is never satisfied. You can skip to another job, once, twice, but how many times before you think life is fair?

How many managers have in your working place?
The ratio varies from 40:1 to 200:1.
Do you have their contacts, education, skills and opportunities?
You probably haven't.
The chanses to be at their positions are minimal!
Also very few of them in fact gain good money.

Why i have been working all day, for what?
I am not paid that big, but sufficient. My boss will always have higher pay that me, of course he is my boss, often i also get reprimanded and demanded with work stuff..but why do i still stick around and wait for payday? it is because of my children, my family. I have to work my as* off to be able to supply their needs, for me to be able to give them what they want, for me to be able to support them and put them into good schools, for me to be able to see to it they have all the medical help they need in case they need it... for them to be able to finish school and see themselves successful. I am motivated to work my as* off for them, they motivates me to get up at 5 in the morning even though i get so sleepy and so tired fron that 5 hour sleep lol..but yes, it is because of them that i work all day.

Hi Pinoer,
Rich are rich because they have taken right risk at right time. Think of all the examples of Bill Gates or Narayan Murthi who had to sell his wife jewellery to start Infosys company. We common man donot take that risk so keep serving them. If we strike, even before the rich start to feel the heat, the children of the employees would starve and then those very employees would be ready to work at half the salary they are getting. Also if employee can get more salary somewhere else then he would have grabbed it by now. So i think most are paid just salary.

Yes this is real possiblity that you would loose everything if you fail. That is why those who are ready to take this risk, earn a lot and those who donot have this aptitude to take risk are usually employees and those who take risk are usually who employee.

Yes, but what if we take the risk and do not win. Then we will lose everything and probably became a debtor to some bank. I know you could tell it's not easy and the risk is for those who are brave but for what brave we can talk when we may lose everything. Bravness or madness is that calt?

Hi,
Working so hard will have a good life,is that true?
Partly it is true, but to some people,no matter
how hard they work, they still can't earn much. I do believe
fate do play part in our life.
Some people may have been holding a good pay post in a company
and they work hard to earn more money ,to lead better life for him/her
family or either for himself/herself.
But after working for so hard, do you feel tired about it?
You are not a robot and also need a break. So no matter how hard you
work, take a rest at least once a year. go for short holiday
trip with friends or family members.
Some people may think differently, they prefer to have own business, instead of
working for others and get paid every month. For me, I prefer to work for
others, having own business is more risky and stressful. Of course,if the business
is doing good, then it is fine.but if the business is not doing that
good, then it will be a headache for me. Although working for others may not
have much freedom and have to see people's face, but at least you do your work
properly, you just need to wait for the pay at month end.
However, I do encounter some people who has a good life,no need to work hard, but
they have plenty of money to spend around. it is because they inheriated a lump
sum of money from their parents and also a business that run previously by their parents. So they just continue their parents' step and do monitoring on the daily
business, they have so much freedom and can travel to anywhere anytime they want.
Lastly, I would say, life is unpredictable.work hard when you still can work.

I have worked while I still can for the last 10 years. But now I am done with office job. My overtime got me a lump in my uterus. I experienced painfulness every month for 4 days. How can I take leave if I am to take 4 days continuosly. I also have depression. So I think I better work for flexible job like part time telemarketing. I only worked 4 hours now. And I may take leave as my boss is very flexible. The rest hours I will work at home going to mylot and other sites. I think working for others will make them rich but create a problem in my health. So don't want to do that eventually I end up sick at the hospital.

Talking of exploiting, I read a comment from one of the ladies in the internet. Employers are requiring the applicant to type 60 wpm, must know qucikbooks and guess how much they were going to pay? $8.25. The lady freaked out. I would have done the same thing too. Times are really tough. But, tough times don't last, tough people do. Just don't give up. Keep on trying, keep on searching until you find what you want or looking for.

Hi Pinoer,
Well, I think if all of us who felt that we were not getting paid what we were worth dropped out of the work force, well, it would sure grab the attention of the ones doing the hiring. I'm not so sure it would work to our benefit. I think what would happen is that those who have been unemployed would rush to fill those jobs and those that were making less than us would snag them up for more than what they were making but still less than what we were. I know what you mean though. Most of us don't get paid what we feel we are worth.

Definitely for your family if you are attached and if you are still single, I think you still have time to change your career. Good employer is hard to find these days and the economy slows down makes you stick to the job you don't enjoy being with all day facing a bad employer. Working at home is definitely a way to earn some pocket money while waiting to be employed at a better place. Good Luck!

I think right now, we are at the point where we are stuck in a never ending cycle. We work to live but really all that we are living is to work. That is really sad but the thing is, that if we do try and take a stand, it really will not do much good. When you think about it, there are dozens of people who are going to take your job if you do not want it.
Many people just are stuck in the never ending cycle of working and working. It has become a mechanical routine. Therefore, people just fall into the syndrome of being a paycheck zombie. Many of us are just living to get that paycheck, no matter how small it will be. Sadly, taking a stand is hard given the present environment, as workers are considered to be expendable.

If you are like me, you earned a penny. (HA,HA) I don't know what you job is but ask yourself, "What do I really want to be doing?" You need to find something you really like. Going to work then will be fun. If you can't have a little fun at work then you will not enjoy what you are doing. As for paying the Big Wigs income, that is nature of the beast. Beat up the little guy so they can drive a Ferrari. They don't even think twice about the little guy.

Thats the reason why more people wants to work in other country to get a high salary and the others they want to fulfill their dreams.

I know some of that people but they are all not happy even the biger salary they have. I think this is becouse they are feeling like homeless in the other countrey although they have a home in there. I do not know whether is much good to live and work in other countrey and feel like noone or to be poor but happy in your native countrey.
