transfer money to debit card

I have debit card from payoneer but still empty. I want mylotters share with me, how tranfer or load money to my debit card without credit card.

Its so easy to depositing money.
If you are from USA then you can use your bank account or just apply for us payment service then add the Payoneer's US PAYMENTS SERVICE'S bank account to your paypal.
Then withdraw money from mylot to paypal then withdraw again from paypal to US PAYMENT SERVICE'S bank account then it'll be autometically loaded to your debit card.

call your friends who have a credit card, load it up and give your friends a cash+fee , easy use, regards

you can fill it by online, by buying into the debit card vendor balance
