I saw an article in the internet (will not post website's name) that on MARCH 19, 2011 the moon will be very near to our Mother Earth and might cause natural disaster, since we all know that the Moon's Gravity has something to with Earth's tidal movements. Do you think this is just a THEORY?

There are literally hundreds of websites, which describe with varying degrees of accuracy, the supposed effect of the latest of the moon's perigees (nearest approach to the Earth).
It is known exactly how the moon/sun combination affects tides on earth and also that 'tides' occur in solids as well as liquids, in other words, the Earth's crust is just as much affected by the gravitational pull of these two bodies as the oceans. That is, therefore, not a theory but a scientifically observable fact.

Astral planets were speaking a rare configuration, brief things are slightly different, so intentionally or unintentionally created tensions and keep the stars. With more calm and patience will be over this time, tense, (month negra creates waves) and between 19 to 23 planets are aligned ... you can illuminate a better astrologer.

I think the effect of the moon on the tidal movement is a fact.
Its up and down movement is affected by the gravity from the moon.
This is the reason why tidal waves can be predicted because it is dependent on the moon, sun and astronomical bodies activities for its movement.
I think it would cause a disaster when moon would be very close to our earth as the gravity is strong.
