India still at the top..

os africanos nos mostrou raca nessa copa do mundo, nao só pelo futebol mas pela garra dos habitantes e torcer pela africa,a africa foi um exemplo para o mundo,para dizer que tudo é possivel,que os africanos sao esquecidos pelo mundo,pena que os jornais no mundo todo nao mostram a realidade e sim a parte bonita da coisa...isso é muito triste, infelizmente eles só visam isso mesmo...

This top spot in the group B is not permanent.This is because South Africa had played only four matches.And that means if they win their next two matches then they will have 10 points with them.Eeven if India win the next match against West Indies then India will have only 9 points with them and they will be only at number two (because one match tied for team India).

I think top two spots should be fine, because from the other side it will be New Zealand or Pakistan or Sri Lanka. As long as India does not end up with Lanka or Aussies, I am pretty sure we will go ahead to the semis. I think New Zealand are too inconsistent to beat India and if anything Pakistan is a bit more inconsistent than New Zealand. Cheers! Ram

I am not optimistic that India would remain on the top. Besides if you are really after the cup you are not supposed to calculate who against they are playing in the quarters. A champion team is a champion and they are capable of playing against any other teams.

I think next match is with the west indies. And i too think that if they are going to loose this match to then for sure,they will loose the top position.That means they have to really work hard to win the next match. Lets see what happens ?

i dont know about the no-1 spot in group but that's sure if india team can't make improve in their next matches than they can't win this worldcup. But i'm happy to see them losing.
