Hello there, i watched the movie and it was amazing really. If I am on his situation also i will also do the same instead of dying in that no man place. Its just that he didn't even tell where he was going. There's so much lessons learned in that movie actually, overall i like it.

There are definately so many lessons in this movie. I looked up Aron Ralston and he is a motivational speaker now. He also wrote a book. I really cant wait to read it.

The fact that the story is real, has a big impact on the viewer that this movie is the advantage over other similar productions that topic. Strong feelings that you forward Danny Boyle with a camera make you live and suffer with the character. Worth seeing!

Hi there!
Boyle and Franco turn a true survival story into a powerful statement about living. "127 Hours" does not simply prove the point that humans will do whatever it takes to survive in dire circumstances. In fact, I might argue 9 out 10 people wouldn't do what Franco does in this film. Anyway, Boyle makes it his mission to use Ralston's incredible true story -- one that told at face value would probably just elicit gasps -- to alter perspective on living. Boyle beautifully shows us that although survival seems inherently selfish thing, much of that motivation and will to live comes from people , even total strangers. Great movie!

I literally just watched this movie 30 minutes ago. It was great. I love james franco. He is a great actor. I'm also really into hiking. I had to stop and go have a smoke during the part where he was cutting his arm off. I almost got sick because it was so intense.
I still have tears dried on my cheeks from watching it. I started balling when he got free and saw the people. Its amasing what a human being can do. It instills hope and luv for the human race.
