Paypal...the payment proceesor..accounts are limited

I have been using the paypal from many months and i use it for receiving the money while i am working at various site. Paypal is available for many countries..and it is used by verifying our identity there via some means of credit /debit card or an bank acc linking.. but i heard from many and also experienced acc getting limited..but mine is recovered..but i dont know why the accounts are got limited...i want some help on this...
