When the 8.9 magnitude earthquate devastated certain areas of Japan, worldwide news paid a lot of attention and focus.
I wonder if those of us from countries not directly affected by the earthquake did suffer in any other way. For me, last two days, the internet connections were down as well as being intermittent. It was quite frustrating as I had to send off some crucial emails to my business partners.
What about you?

Yes, i think more or less people all over the world are being affected by the huge natural disaster, plus the nuclear plant explosions. I mean even for those who are far away from Japan, even one can't feel the tremble and tsunami at all, but one's heart will be shocked and feel sorry for all the victims in the disaster.
In such a well organized and advanced economy, people still can't escape the fate of being taken away by the ruthless seawater. Who knows when there will be a similar accident fall on ourselves. So before the mother nature, we human beings are so tiny and weak. Also the big disaster teach us something. We should try to live a full life, cherish our time, because we really don't know when is our last day.

Well said, my friend. I feel the same way too. Life is too short to worry about what happens next. Let us live it to the fullest and keep on bring cheer and joy to our neighbours always.

Well I have noticed that too that the internet were a bit slow. I never realized that the net connection has in someways been affected by these quake or did they. I have no relatives in the country for now so my concern is not that intense like others who have their family members working in that country. I am just sad that this happened to them at the time they least expect it to happen. I am sad that many was victimized by the deadly tsunami.

yes to deep of my heart as I was thinking what kind of feeling those people there having experiencing such devastation...nature is more powerful you see and humans are playing with nature.. day by day irritating it with so many ways and we will face this kind of things..so preserve nature..work for the humanity..help each other..feel like a big family .. ward away all negative thoughts and let live cheerfully the time we have with us to live ..because we do not know when life will end.I feel sorry for all those people but also appraise their bravery ...by the way japan is one of my favorite country .

i cant sleep, I'm being hysterical because i dont feel safe anymore. Dangers were lurking everywhere and mother nature wanted revenge. i'm so disturbed and I dont feel secure. The city where I live use to be an ocean and the then president just cemented everything, so in other words a tsunami can destroy the city where i live easily.
