Is Zhou oneiromancy true or not

In our China we can always hear Mr Zhou when we want to learn the meaning of our dreams. But is it true or thearotic? Someone in our nation may believe in someone who says he/she knows the true meaning of his/her dream.I have dreamed one dream for three times and they were all the same that a big pond with a lot of fish ,all kinds of colorful fishes and I can catch them very easy.Who can explain it for me?Is there another Mr Zhou?
