Virtapay has said it is working on developing relationships with merchants so that users can start to use their balances for purchases. So, hopefully, we'll finally be able to spend our balances soon. It will definitely be interesting to see how Virtapay currency is valued when we can spend it...I hope every item doesn't cost 1000 Virtapay dollars! jkclyde: Unfortunately, I don't see a way of contacting Virtapay support directly either. Is there any chance your account was deleted due to inactivity? If you've been logging in regularly at the old site, I can't imagine that is the problem. Maybe you can try contacting them via Twitter or Facebook (they have the Virtapay name on both sites).

Since the change I have not been able to log in. My user name and password do not work. I tried to reset the password and typed in my user name and email and it said that the user name and email combo did not exist. So I tried the same user name and my other email (which is unlikely because I hardly use it for anything) and same result, combo does not exist. Well, I certainly did not forget my user name or my password and especially my email (that I use everyday). They have no way of contacting them for support and now I can no longer access my account.
