It's really good and in English so you can have all your information about the quake, radiation plant and now the scarry tsunami that we are expecting to come back, but is not as higher as before.

I'm so worried, I haven't even properly took enough sleep for the past three days.
I lived in Japan for two years, and I have so many friends and acquaintances there, and I still haven't been able to contact all of them. One of my friends is in the hospital, in a state of coma, and had lost her home.
Right now, their main worry is the possibility of a meltdown at Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant, but they're managing the situation very well. I listen everyday to Edano-san press conferences, and I admire him so much for being so calm and clear about the situation.
