a normal student has the instinct of passing his grades, but what will you do if you failed either one or more of your subject? how will you say it to your parents and how will you stand the look of your classmate as if your the most mindless among the class?

Well, truth be told, sometimes when I failed an exam, I just don't show it to my parents and hide it to my classmates. I'll just say that I didn't do good but I won't say my exact score.
But since your question is "how will you say it to your parents and how will you stand the look of your classmate as if you're the most mindless in class?" so I think for me, first I will make sure that my parents are in good mood and I will be sweet to them. Then when it is time for bed time, when they're going to sleep, I'll just tell them the truth that I failed. (I may probably blame random things like I don't have a lot of time to study or anything like that! haha) But I'll assure them that I'll study harder and I'll make them proud of me.
As of my classmates, I'll just look at them coldly then let them be shocked by how well I'll be doing at my next exam. They won't know what hit them. :)

I have failed a subject on my last semester in college. It was my first time to fail one. I have always been a studious student. In fact, I made it to the dean's list in college for 2 years. It is really a difficult subject. Half of the class failed. So I just told my mom about it. It wasn't really a big deal for her. I still get to make the graduation march even if I have a backed subject to take.
It is a humbling experience for me- that is to fail. When you are already down, there is no other way but to go up. From that experience, I learned to strive more. I passed my licensure exam afterwards and although I may not be as successful as my other colleagues are in my field, I am happy and satisfied where I am now.

if your the only one that fails maybe there's something wrong with you but as you stated half of the class failed wow there's something wrong with your prof.

Getting a failing grade is totally embarrassing. However, what's important is how you stand up after such failure.
When I was in college, I got a grade of "5" from one of my Mathematics subjects (which is, Quantitative Techniques for Business). In our school, the highest grade we can get is "1", passing is "3" and failing grade is "5".
I failed this subject not because I do not know what was thought by my professor, but I failed because I had attendance issues. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I had to wake up at 4:30 in the morning just to attend a 6:30AM class. I really find it difficult to wake up too early. My attendance was compromised. I was always late and even had absences because once you came in at 6:40 AM, our professor won't allow us to enter the class. I was really frustrated when I failed that subject. That was my first time to get a failing grade from my entire schooling. I felt ashame of myself and disappointed. How can I tell my parents, my family and friends that I failed?
I enrolled my back subject on summer 2003 and decided that I will never commit the same mistakes again. I had the same professor with the same rule in the class. I never had a single instance of tardiness and absence when I was taking that subject again. I studied well and performed in the class. My perseverance was not put in vain. By the end of the summer class, to my surprise, I got a grade of "1.25"!
We might fail in some areas of our lives but it doesn't mean that we're always a failure. It takes a decision to stand up after we failed.

Well If I was failing a subject I would talk to the teacher and ask him/her if there was anything I could do to improve and raise my grade.
I wouldnt care if my classmates thought I was a mindless dummy XD in certain cases other people's opinions rly mean nothing.

When I was studying, I failed a lot of my subjects. During the first months that I know I'm gonna fail, I tell my parents earlier prior to receiving my grades. So by the the time I really FAILED, they knew it was a hard subject for me, so they will understand.
And the next time, I'll try harder.

I have never failed any subject upto date but I have got really bad grades . I get angry at myself thinking of the grades now. Anyway whenever i got bad grades, i felt so bad because I had to go home and tell my parents. But anyway i did. they'd be like OH IT'S OK BUT YOU BETTER DO WELL THE NEXT TIME. with friends though, i always had friends who did worst than me.

That is quite the interesting question to say the very least. I have never really been all that close to that point but I do imagine that I would be quite mortified at first. There is a different between passing just slightly below my standards, which tells to upset me more than enough to say the least and outright failing completely. That is a huge and quite frankly terrifying departure from what I am normally used to.
However, lets say that I do this. First over the initial freak out, I would like to understand where exactly I went wrong. What I might have done to cause this horrific, horrific, horrible outcome. Then when that is done, I am going to really figure out what I might need to do so i do not fall in such a matter ever again. Just brushing the mistake under the rug is not adequate, but rather I need to know why and what I need to do.

Well, as geeky as this sounds I was and am an all A student, I go into spiraling anxiety over a B I don't want to imagine an F.

Hmmm... Fortunately, I've never had a failing grade on any subjects. But if I had one, I would just tell my parents 'cause I know that they will understand. I'll work harder, study harder and research more. And for my classmates, I could ask help from them. I don't care if I failed. I have nothing to be ashamed of especially if I did my best on the subject .That's it.

personally for me,if i have a failing mark in any of the subject..i wont blame anyone or anybody plus i will tell it right away to my parents, for sure they will be mad at me,but it will just pass as time goes by..based on my experienced when I'm still studying i don't mind neither of my classmate or doesn't mingle at all because if this things will happen no one would talk in front of me.but i know they would but they make sure that i will not gonna hear because they know that we don't speak right..
