Life insurance, a delicate subject.

Everybody knows about life insurance and its benefits. Every earning member of should proactively insure himself/herself to secure the future of family.
But not everyone realizes this need sooner in life. There are situation when wife would tell husband to insure or anybody saying other person to insure. The person is subject thinks that his dearest family member is concerned with money after his death, feels bad about the idea.
What do you are the best ways to convey this kind of message? Have you ever faces this situation in your family? Is yes, how did you deal?

Hi shalini626 and welcome to myLot!
It certainly would be a touchy subject for some. I suppose the best way to approach it would be during a discussion of what direction and or plans they have for the future. Simply conveying that for the preparation and good for the both of us I feel that it would be best to consider life insurance for the both of us. This way you are not saying just for the spouse because I would think in my mind that the person was only concerned for him/her self if I heard that way.
