once again Indian cricket team has shown their preparation for winning world cup. Lots of Indian fans disappointed again. The defeat of Nagpur match has shown that this team can be defeated easily by any top 6 teams anytime. Slower bowling performance, poor batting and wrong decision was responsible. just one more defeat and then all Indian will pray again that anyhow they would reach on quarterfinal. why they are experimenting with team when the world cup is near. After one world cup their are 4 year to search talented bowlers and batsman. Many teams whose total population has less than only one state of India has more than 5-6 fast pacers and 3-4 reserve pacers and Indian team has only 2-3 medium pacers. No one is here to defeat opposite team alone. I don't think Indian team can win this world cup. The experiments of dhoni has destroyed This team. Now we are just hoping that our team would qualifying fro quarter finals. Who is responsible for that condition ?

I think it is disappointing fans who have unrealistic expectations of this team. Over the last few years if you see the team has been quite inconsistent in its performances in the ODIs. Only in Test matches they have been very consistent. If after that also the fans expect India to win every match they play in, then those fans are expected to be disappointed. Realistically, I am happy with India's progress in the tournament. The main concern though is the bowlers who do not seem to be learning from past mistakes. I am also happy that the Indian batsmen have had their one bad match in a match where not much was weighing on it.
Cheers!

India did not lose that match easily. South Africa had to struggle till the last over to win it. India could have won it even in the last over. So I do not agree with that statement. Of course, there are question marks on commitments on a few individuals especially in the field when they do not seem to be giving their hundred percent. In fact, in both matches in which India dropped points, a bit of better fielding or running between the wickets could have been the difference. Of course, from time to time teams have batting collapse. Believe me I am not defending 29/9 which is really poor, but it happens in cricket and it was one such day...
Cheers!

You are right but in between the match it was seen that indian players are taking this match lightly as they have dropped few catches and also they have given extra runs. The weakest point was its bowling. we can't trust that with this bowling performance we can win World Cup.

it is not right that we are expecting them to win every match but there should be a struggle to win a match. Indian team has lost that match easily. First for 29 runs they have given 9 wicket and after that they was unable to stop run rate. They are mentally prepare for only one condition -- "who cares". i think that the reason for inconsistent.

hi friend..... actually india having great batting resources. but at present sachin sehwag and sometimes yuvraj only playing consistantly. but india bowling is absolutely worst. except zaheer remaining bowlers are giving runs alot. but we need irfan pathan in team. he is perfect in defending in last overs and he is a bats man too. so he can help us alot in this time. but i dont know why he was not even selected in probables list too.

you are right. we need new team of bowlers in indian team but how will it be possible. Now a days dhoni is Hitler of cricket team. He will do whatever he likes. Irphan Pathan was bowling well but dhoni is not comfortable with him so hi is out. if indian team will out from World Cup, dhoni will be totally responsible.

Hi Dear Manoj! The way India played other day at Nagpur against South Africa has terribly disappointed the Indian Fans! The efforts taken by Sachin tendulkar and Sehwag went to the drains when our wickets they have fallen like castles of the cards, one after another! Need less to say about our bowling and the bowlers! Silly decisions have made the things worst! The last over controversy is picking up its importance day by day! Dhoni has big responsibility if the career of the bowler comes under stake after this Tournament!
From the reckless behaviour of the players and also from the statement given by the captain Dhoni that players are not suppose to play for spectators, it is evident some players were not keen in adding runs for the win but they were keen in pleasing the spectators! This indirectly indicates that there is a doubt element in the integrity of our team now!
If things persist like this no wonder West Indies will make minced meat of Our Cricket team and they will be left good for nothing except to feed them for dogs!
Thanks for the discussion!

yes you are right. due to collapse of batting order india got defeat. Dhoni is also responsible for that. His experiment of changing batting order was flop. Why is he experimenting with indian team. His is trying to copy Ganguli by experimenting but the experiment taken by ganguli was always right while dhoni is just opposite.

Indian cricket team has disappointed its fans once again only difference this time is show is on and there is still scope and hope for better performance. With one match to go in preliminary round and good hope of making to the quarters, we can hope for an improved performance from the team and cheers to their die hard fans. As about producing fast ballers we are much better off now than what we were some twenty years back. Our fast ballers are now taking wickets regularly. Earlier the fast ballers were used only to remove the gloss of the ball. Hopefully we shall produce better ballers in future.

Yes I agree with lots cricket fan is disappointing the decision of Nagpur match and my friends saying also no India cant win the World cup their tendency is "tu chal mei aaya" means one wicket gone then every wicket gone as early as possible why they not stand on pitch like other team.

thats the reason why i raised this question. Why are our bowlers not bowling well. We are at number second in population but we don't have 2 fast bowlers who can bowl well. Indian team cant have 2 or 3 fast bowlers?
