Fatima's message

During my rest time, i read news from the internet about what happened in Japan, the earthquake & tsunami. Aside from this, I also watch videos and read news story on the political unrest in the middle east especially in Libya now. I am deeply moved to what is happening right now. And as i contemplate on this, i remember the movie i have watched while i was still young, "The Apparition in Fatima". In that movie, various signs and catastrophe were shown. Though i don't like to think about this, but i feel that somehow the message in Fatima has somewhat relate to what is happening in the world today. What do you think? Oh God, have forgive us and have mercy on us.

What I can say is that wars, rumors of war, catastrophe, diseases, epidemic, earthquakes, etc. were all written in the bible for us to be ready before those difficult times come to pass. The problem with us is that we tend to ignore those signs of the times and we tend to focus only in the present time and life forgetting that life on earth is just temporary. Then when catastrophes come to pass we are scared and only in that situation we begin to pray and to think about God. And after the catastrophe, we begin to live the same as usual lifestyle forgetting the catastrophe and our relationship with God. God cannot be mocked. Whatever a man sows he shall reap. Christianity has been 2,000 years old and "Christians" never learn from their mistakes that to live apart from God is indeed a life of misery and hell on earth. If Christians will only be salt and light on earth in this difficult times, unbelievers will be converted to Christ and peace will be restored on earth.

I don't know much about the Fatima. But I do know some of the words and vision of st. john in book of revelation. The sign is there but not all. There are still sign to come and it is more devastating. What can we do? Just pray for salvation when the time is come.
