Do you eat fruits and berries?

Fruits contain many vitamins and other good, our body needs substances. Did you know, eating apples, bananas, black currants, raspberries and strawberries,these fruits and berries, not allow our body absorb and collect fat.These fruits and berries are not only diet but also healthy.
Today was a doctor and he not wrote out medicine, but the kiwi, honey and cranberries (for a cold).
I love bananas and oranges

Yeah, and vitamin C is very important. My sister just went to the doctor today, and she told me she's anemic, hemoglobin count is very low. She needs vitamins.
I told her to eat more fruits rich in vitamins. Almost all fruits contains natural vits needed by our body. I love oranges, apples and grapes. :)

Don't forget blueberries--very high in antioxidants, low(er) in sugar--you can eat a whole pint and not consume as much sugar as a handful of grapes. And tasty, too!

I like fruits very much. First, they are delicious, second, they can do good to my health. I like apple most, because there is a saying: one apple a day, keep doctor away. And i like apple most also because it is the most common fruit. And not very expensive. I also love watermelon and peach in summer,grapes in autumn. Well,i don't like to eat those fruits keep for a long time or planted in the wrong season. Such as watermelons in winter. Because they are not tasty, but very expensive.

My ultimate favorite is pineapple, I could eat pineapple all day if I could. lol
I cannot eat bananas and strawberries though I don't like the feeling of them when I chew and swallow feel icky??

You're right, fruits are good to our body thats y I love to eat fruits specially oranges it contains vitamin C and it also helps when we are constipated.

I like the fruits very much because it has various kinds of vitamins which is good for health..I like Banana,Apples,Oranges,Pears etc..they are very yummy to eat..ummmmmmm

I like strawberries very much. I eat the fruits and also desserts which has strawberry in them. Though I don't often eat fruits, I like drinking fruit juices, that's every morning at breakfast time and also along the day. Orange juice is my favorite juice.

Fruits as you've rightly pointed out contain essential vitamins and nutrients useful for the human body.Fruits are healthy and non fattening.I would love to have a doctor like yours who prescribes fruits as i love most of them.Bananas have a beneficial effect on those suffering from hypertension.

Yes i sure do. I like watermelon, granny smith apples, oranges, white grapes,peaches, lemons.
I just can not wait till summer to get a fresh watermelon just out of the field.
