For diabetes, what is really needed is to change the diet of the person. To decrease his consumption of foods that are sweets. Also a person should lessen his intake of rice, bread, colas and noodles. Increase the intake of water, which is very good to the body. Exercise is also essential so that glucose that are in intravascular will enter inside the cell so that it can be use for energy of the person. A doctor who is using alternative medicine also told me that chromium is good in lowering blood sugar of the person. There is also a herb for diabetes like fenugreek which is also helpful. But for me the best to treat diabetes is discipline and a change in lifestyle and food intake. Diabetes can be control if a person really wants to control.. a big deal of discipline is really needed.

Since it was a complication of diabetes you really need to control his blood sugar so it will not get worse.One alternative treatment of diabetes is Bitter gourd Melon(ampalaya)which is proven to have natural insulin.I don't really have an idea if there are alternative treatments for Parkinson's.I would suggest that you really need to take good care of your father and always attend to his needs,
