If the christian bible states that there is end of the world revelation, does it also states in other bible from other religion that there is indeed an end of the world? If it states that there is 'end of the world' revelation in other bible from other religion, can you cite it here? If you knew about koran, buddhist sacred text, hinduism text and so on --- because if it only states end of the world revelation only in the christian bible then, why some people who are dependent on bible worried too much about the end of the world while other religions are not thinking about those things, instead they have this peaceful life and they mind their own business? Like for example, deists? They don't worry about the end of the world ... and I think, other relgions too? It seems that almost christins denominations are the only one who worried too much about the end of the world because it was based on a christian bible and it was because of the natural calamities. I just would like to know.

It is only the "end" of this world. It is the end of a cycle; a beginning of a new cycle. Revelation is not a negative word. It simply means to unveil or reveal, to shed light to. It is enlightenment. "The truth shall set you free."
Once we realize that we are all the same; once we can love and accept all that is with open hearts, we will be free. We will be elevated to a higher level of consciousness (heaven) and we will find peace.
I believe that all these different prophesies and theories are all true. They are all saying the same thing, just in different ways. I believe that any fear about this is due to misunderstanding.

@IntrovertShy: You are absolutely wrong to think that Christians worry about end of the world. A true Christian is never worried because we already know that these things will happen. We are not amaze with the Tsunamis, Earthquakes and wars. These are just signs Jesus has told us 2000 years ago. So, we spread the gospel so that our brothers and sisters will have the true peace and security that we have in our hearts. It is more precious than anything we have in this world.

On my own opinion and based according to my information, knowledge and wisdom - No. It is not only on the sacred textures of the Bible stating an "End of the World" but to all human cultures. These are all part of any civilizations or cultures. Actually it is not actually the "End of the World" or this planet of ours called Earth already has its expiration on a certain date point of time but actually an end of a periods, a new kind of consciousness or awareness due to an apocalyptic events. The Bible doesn't stated this whole Earth will be gone forever but a new kind of spiritual consciousness. The ending cycle of our lower or worldly consciousness to a higher level thru spiritual empowerment and enlightenment. These are all about the absolute experience of being or having a Christ level spiritual consciousness. Its our very true evolution.
The embedding of the Christ spiritual consciousness are what we have been experienced since at the dawn of our reasoning or after Jesus the Christ was been resurrected and ascended.
The Earth was been ended periods of cycles many times before together with different kind or type of humans' civilizations, cultures or races depending on their consciousness or awareness. The Earth and humans was been experienced apocalyptic many times before like fire, ice and water. Humans just keeps on struggling or given chances to survive in every cycles or periods.

The original Bible...The Torah does not predict the destruction of the world or its people...Neither does the TANAKH...The full Jewish Bible. Instead, there will be a millennium of peace overseen by the Earthly Messiah. The christians took the Book of Daniel from the TANAKH and fashioned the Book of Revelations from that, predicting all kinds of horrors to come. Not true, the book of Daniel is about things that have already happened years ago.

How do you explain the Great Flood of Noah? This is a prototype that God can do. Only those who finds and believes on the truth survives.
Yes it seems that the Christians copied from the Book of Daniel and make for themselves. But not actually like that, it is part of human cultures and civilizations. If a man lives with an ape he can live on an ape-kind culture, if a man lives with a man they create humankind nationality, culture or civilization.
Such apocalyptic events are not only found on the Bible or Torah or whatsoever found on the Middle East. These are found around the globe on different cultures, races or civilizations thru archeological artifacts findings and research. Remember B.C.'s Greek philosopher Plato about Atlantis cultures and civilizations? Atlantis was perished on a very destructive apocalyptic events. What about the Aztecs? What happened to them before the Mayans use their so called calendars?

So many theories and conjectures...ideals based upon a foundation of poor understanding(perhaps through no fault of their own), and ideals and beliefs built upon the ideals and beliefs of others.
Humans are strange, really, when you think about it...people will often say something they don't like a food...only because they don't like the way it looks, without first tasting it. People will often read a book or rent a video simply because the cover looks good. So there are people who criticize the Bible, or God, without first understanding, and most I highly doubt has even read the Bible or even try to understand God.
God gave us all free-will, and the mental abilities to think for ourselves...yet most often fail to fully accept that precious gift...as most will believe simply because they are told. Many people allow themselves to programmed..like a computer, without exploring for themselves. Others disregard something simply because they don't understand it. For example; many people hate math..but the underlying reason is because they don't understand the formula to solve. So they get frustrated and decide they hate math..when all it boils down to is a lack of understanding.
For me, I exercise my the mental gifts given to me. I do not believe simply because I am told. I can not be programmed to believe what others want me to believe. I will not believe something based on theories and conjectures. If I do not understand, I will continue my journey until I have full understanding.
The understanding is this...there will be an End Time...NOT the end of the existence of life, meaning that Christ will come back and make things right...the End Time is only the end of life as we know it today..full of filth, crime, destruction, the rape and pillage of the planet, wars, diseases, sickness...the evils that overshadow this planet affecting each and every one of us...as Satan is the ruler of this planet and all that happens, that people put blame on God for.
And simply because someone does not believe does not mean it's fact. There are people who believe in aliens, yet they believe without seeing an alien themselves but refuse to believe in God because they haven't seen God...it's hard to see when you shut your eyes, close your mind, and harden your heart.
Religions are all different...there are just too many, and they all believe something different from the other...and they all say they are the ONE,TRUE religion, but how can that be when there are so many making that same claim? Each and every religion says the only to way to get to heaven is by being of their faith/religion...really? How can that be? Then I suppose NO ONE will be in heaven!
The ONLY way to heaven is through Christ Himself! Religion is man-made, not God made! God is NOT religion! God and religion are so different, one having nothing to do with the other! It was a religion who persecuted Jesus! You can keep your religions...I want nothing to do with them...I'll stand by Christ forever more.

Yes, something like this is mentioned in Hindu text also but I don't think it is mentioned that it will happen in near future.
