Just apply for the eoncard cause it doesn't have a maintaining balance you just have to pay Php 350 which is auto debit also connected to Paypal. Just go to any Unionbank branch and bring with to 2 valid IDs, have it photocopied front and back. That's all you need cause you will fill up the form in the bank. Make sure your IDs have the same signature. To make it sure that your IDs would be valid use government issued IDs like SSS, Drivers Liscence and the like.
