What would you do if your boss is a swindler?

It's not like I never knew that, but I was closing my eyes because I need the job. But lately I'm disgusted from his behaviour. The way he's doing bussiness is not right. I don't want to say more because I have signed a contract. So what wiwould you do?

I'm sorry but you cannot just continue to let it go, or maybe I should say that I couldn't do that. Eventually it will all come down on him and you could be in the big middle of a big mess! It's not save, it would be terrible if you were falsly accused (and don't say he won't do it- he's a swindler!).. then you went to jail on his behalf!...not worth it my friend.

I did have a boss who had been not better in the previous work and she used to irritate me and get angry with me and I also showed my frustration and I was finally dismissed from the previous job. Finally, I just had a talk on the day I was dismissed a gentle talk and I found out that she is not that bad as I thought. I think most probably all the bosses will not be as bad as I think. I think most probably if you have a talk that you are not feeling happy with his behavior and you are getting nervous or something and this might change your behavior of your boss.

turist1 if I were you I would look for another job and as soon as you fo und one give him a weeks notice then turn the man in for his swindling p eople with an anonymous tip. if he gives you a bad time breaking the contract tell him that if he does not let you go you will turn his swindling into the better business bureau . He will let you go quickly. he will want no trouble.
