Because once we succeeded in doing something means we won't try to maintain our perfection in the same. Thus the quality will reduce gradually. So succes can be considered as a biggest failure.Right?

This is the first time for me to read this kind of interpretation of success. You are good at philosophy. Lots of people focus on the disscussion of failure, they think the failure is the beginning of success. But your opinion is opposite. Many historical stories had demonstrated your opinion.

Thanking you in recognising my view.I didnt give detail description in my discussion.Thats why many people didnt get my point though.Actually what I mean is clear for you I think. Thanks a million.
For an example, you see any of the people who became a gret success in their life once, gradually they fell down into deep ocean right? I don know if I say some names here it may hurt many people. So just think yourself the fact is right.Success was biggest failure.
If you didnt succeed in doing then always you will be motivated to reach success.Right?

I see success as an accomplishment more the a failure. Once I achieve success it give me more reason to challenge and or maintain it.
I think for me failure gives me challenge to try again to strive for success. Maybe I am really hard driven but I do not see anything succeeding unless we continue to try several times if we have to.

This depends upon the person that has achieved success. May the person has a higher goal in the same field or maybe in some other field?
Many humans are satisfied once they reach a pinnacle and then rest on their laurels or try and maintain their positions. For others, once the numero uno position is achieved they are satisfied and then either remain as they were or the downward slide commences.
Hence I only partly agree with you that success could lead to a failure later on and I don't agree that success is the biggest failure.
No offense intended.

I suppose it depends on your response to the success. For some people (myself included) success and motivation go hand in hand. The more success and opportunities to succeed that I have, the more confident I am and the harder I try to be sure that my skills are up to both my own standards as well as the expectations of others. Success makes me want to go above and beyond. It is "failure" or being under-appreciated, or low expectations that cripple me, causing my emotions to be in tangles which in turn causes my work to suffer no matter how hard I try.
I have, however, seen a number of cases in which the exact opposite appears to be true. Sometimes success - particularly too much success too soon - creates a sort of over-confidence that causes one's performance to remain complacent or to slowly decline, either because they figure change may disappoint people or because they think they already can already meet a certain standard with a certain effort and get so stuck in their ways that they never push forward.
So it's all in the attitude and response, I say.
Good, thought-provoking post, by the way.

In my opinion, success begets motivation. Those who have achieved it will be more inspired to maintain it, and are more likely to work harder to do so.
