I have always been interested with scrapbook. I have lots of scrapbooking materials all kept in a big box. I have quite a good pieces too, but when I started working, I found it hard to pursue the hobby. So I don't have anything new for almost 3 years. Until last week, my daughter had a take home project, a personalized scrapbook of her autobiography. We worked on it for almost 5 days and finally we were able to finish a 11-page scrapbook. I had a lot of fun doing it, it was such a creative exercise and I realized how much I enjoy scrapbooking. After it was done, I can't believe how creative I can be, if I put myself to it... hhhmmm.. how about you, do you love scrapbooking?

That sounds like a wonderful thing to do with your daughter. It helps preserve memories you already had and it creates other memories that will last. I have a niece who likes to scrapbook and I would like to do some scrapbooking things with her and help bond with her like I do with my other niece. I enjoy scrapbooking and I have made a few lovely amazing scrapbooks for my friend's wedding and for my church camp. Its alot of fun seeing the different ways you can create a scrapbook.

Just call me a scrap-a-holic! I love scrapbooking, have been doing it for 7 years now. I have 11, 12 x 12 albums, and have made many 8 x 8 albums as well as chipboard books. I have been to many retreats, with my oldest daughter, and we had a blast, scrapbooking all weekend. I am currently working on an album of my vacation I took in March, as well as just finishing a scrapbook about the Titanic, after going to the museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I took it one step further and became a consultant for a scrapbooking company, selling supplies from all different manufacturers. I just started a yahoo meetup group, hoping to start planning some day crops as well as weekend retreats.

I am personally the kind of person that is not able to scrapbook using materials that are perishable. Instead, four years ago I discovered the art of digital scrapbooking using the computer and digitally created scrapbooking supplies. I've been doing this since my son was a baby. This is something that is very relaxing to me and I also like the fact that I can have books printed for my children as well.

I love scrapbooking! I do scrapbook before with cut outs from the glossy magazines and cute newspaper pictures. I don't like the scrapbook materials bought from bookstores though it is said to last more because it is acid free. I dont have extra money to buy those and bookstore is far from where I live. I do scrapbook my old little something like park entrance, ferry ride ticket and airplane ticket. But I don't do it now because I don't go out a lot now. There is nothing to collect for now.. But I wish to go back again..

oh scrapbooks are awesome!
I know~ I have 3 of them and planning to do another. ^o^
It's really fun doing scrapbooking but these days you can't
find a time to develop newly shot pics from digital camera,
am I right?~ coz looking at the instant pic in the screen of
your computer will leave you not interested in such a hobby. ;(
So- that's why~~ Digital Scrapbook is made =^o^)
When I am in front of my computer and just wasting our electricity :)
I go at my scrapblog acct. and do some new themes!!
