Cancelled account still operational

I had cancelled my account and opened new one. But when I logged in to my new account I was directed to my old account and surprised to see it was still operational. I know it is violation of guidelines to run multiple account from same user. But then I am not using my old account. Will my both account will be suspended? I wish if the admin or the other old experienced user come up with answer.

I just looked up your information and it looks to me as if your other account is in fact canceled. Don't worry, you're all set.

thanks a lot admin. As I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks till the payment to arrive without much activity in previous account.

You should contact Admin about this and he will sort it out for you. Use this link: http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx and scroll to the bottom of the dropdown list to where it says 'Other'. Give details of the account/username which you want to be closed and an explanation of what you did to try to close it and the problem will be dealt with.

Owlings sir is right angelin but I not understand sir if already cancelled the account then how can reactive after creating new one. But angelin before working in new account if your old account is more rating then try to reactive it and ask the reason to admin.

Thanks for the suggestion. I too think that I should contact the admin regarding this whole matter. Hope will get the matter resolve before they close both of my account permanently.lol..

I have already accepted it. I am yet to be fully operational on this new account as other things are keeping me busy. I would give more time as soon as I come over it.

Yes you cannot have both accounts active, even if you are not using the other one. Hurry now and make sure you close the other because myLot admin's have a way of figuring out the simultaneous accounts!

I have already cancelled my account and opened this one. It wasnt operational untill i made the new account. But hope it will be soon be solved.

I do see from admin's response that it was all taken care of. Maybe you used the same email address? At any rate glad it is resolved and all is well.
