what's the best thing to do after resigning from a job?

Im planning to resign from my present job,by the end of the month, even though I love it so much. The main reason for that is because of my pregnancy, as mentioned from my previous post, I'm having a tough pregnancy. Anyway, I wonder what to do after I literally become unemployed and be confined at home... hhhmmmmm^~^ What do you think? Any suggestions?
