have you ever been to a chain restraunt?

about a week me and my fiance went to a restraunt and when we eat there it was really good so we thought we would try the same name restraunt and when we did the food was not the same it took atleast a hour for the food to get done and my fiance decided to try something new she got a nacho salad with japeno peppers in it and I think it should have said something about it and they even had 3 cooks so did you ever have anything happen like this to you?

I did I went to a nice place sit down got waited on thought it was going to be good and it turned out that it was not good at all.
