All of us do somthing or the other ..some times it may be good and sometimes it may be bad.No one does good always and similarly no one does bad always but we are aware that what we do is good or bad.Even a thief knows that he is stealing though he may justify stealing.But my doubt is this. Jesus Christ said at the time of his crucification as"they do not know what they are doing"The killers were fully aware that they were crucifying Christ and thereby causing his death.What did he mean by saying those words. Can any one enlighten me...

In my opinion those who are crucifying Christ know's that he is Jesus Christ because that is his name, but they don't really know who he is, that he is really the son of God who came here on earth to fulfill what His Father in Heaven command Him to do, that's why Jesus said that they do not know what they are doing, they do not know that they are crucifying the one who will save them from their sins.

Yes, I accept kheydia. the people thought that they are killing just a normal man, who spoke against their believes. they couldn't realize that they are doing wrong. I also face some problems like this. I am being disturbed by some people. i know that they have some psychological problems. they hurt me without their knowledge. But i am not jesus christ to say like this. Just a human being. But thanks chayapathy Sir to remember this bible words. It made me think towards my disturbers.

I have studied in christian missionary schools and college.I always cherish the noble ideas tought during my student life.I always like noble things i find in any religion.Though I am a stauch Hindu I like goods things in other religions.after all religion is there to discipline human beings .I like Budhism and there are so many wonderful ideas in Budhism.In every religion there are good things only in my opinion but many see the nagative side which is unfortunate...

As you say people know that when they do evil many know that they are doing evil.Still they do it for reasons best known to them.Time will certainly come when they realise that what they did was wrong and that they ought not to have done it but it may be too late.This is how the world goes on from the begining...
