Want to have a foreign friends... can you be one?

Just a the subject says.. Im from Philippines.. I used to have a african-american friend when i was in elementary.. but that was so long ago. never had a contact with him when i graduated from elementary. i am 26 now.. honestly, he is the only foreign friend i had.. I like having a foreign friend coz talking about things like their culture makes me happy.. i just realized last day that i really dont have a foreign friend right now.. not even one.. so.. is there anyone here that want to be my friend.. any age and any gender would do.. and of course chatting would do.. i think having someone to talk to during the end of the day would be fun.. sorry for my english.. im not really good in english..=)
so i hope theres someone out there who are thinking the same way as me..=)
so if you are that someone...can you be my friend?

I would be a buddy for you. I don't like to say "friend" because my perception of a friend goes further than just chatting online and wishing well one to the other but I'm not against having a cyber encounter with many people around the globe.
In fact, I find it to be a very convenient, fast and inexpensive way of communication with people from anyplace in the world.
