how can I contact neobux?

Does anyone have a contact email for neobux? I have tried sending several support emails and no reply and I have also sent emails to support@neobux.com again with no reply.
I have over $70 in my account and have been a member for about five and a half months but as of yesterday I have not been able to access my account, my home page appears as though I am logged in and I can see there are ads to click but when I click on the view advertisements I am asked to type in a validation code. There is a box to click to re-send the validation code to my email address but I have clicked this several times since yesterday and have not had an email sent back to me.
Please can anyone help me.

hi,
some time ago, I also had this problem.
I couldn't login to account for few days...
If I remember correctly, there are 3 boxes with different options, but I don't know anymore what was their functions, reply to this post with their names, and I will remember what I exactly did...

Hi thanks,
1) If you have not received the validation code SEND CODE
2) If you have already received the validation code ENTER HERE
3) If you need to change email address CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS
I have tried putting in my other email address but still nothing happened.

yes, hadn't actually thought of that but just did it and same screen is coming up asking to validate my email address with a code.

I too had a problem with my neobux account and I submitted a support ticket. They replied within the next day.
While my problem isn't the same as yours, it might still help. They advise me to clear my cookies and my cache, and yes, it worked thereafter. If you are logged in, look to the bottom right to see the support link or us this: http://www.neobux.com/m/st/. Try clearing your cookies and cache first.

I have contacted them several time now through support but no response, I do not know how to clear cookies and cache but I will try to work that out and see if it helps, I have never had to do that before though.
