Does Google provide online job?

Many times in ads i have seen that Google provides online job to work from home and earn money. Like that today also i saw a ad in palmbux, which shows that Google provides a way to earn money. The site given in it was www.wealthonlineathome.com and told to join in it. Does anybody know any information towards this, please share your views.
