Do you prefer to work in small teams or big teams?

Actually,i prefer to work in a big team.
On the one hand,you can get a chance to listen go different points of view and to learn to see things in different perspectives.
On the other hand,you can also learn how to communicate with all sorts of people.
What about you?

I think that the more people there are, the more problems you have. Usually these problems are from people not pulling their weight. If there's only say 4 or 5 people, and 2 of them arent doing their bit, its quite easy to tell them to get on with it. If theres 20 people in a team of 50 not pulling their weight, then everyone suffers, and its almost impossible to sort that out. I'd far rather work with a smaller team for that reason.
