what is level 2 yahoo account?

Mylotters, who knows about level 2 yahoo account? I have yahoo email address, and i can log in, i think that is my yahoo account. Is level 2 yahoo account different from my account? Can i use my yahoo account to answer and response?

I don't response or start any questions on yahoo answers. right now I'm at level 1 with 107. Here is a link to yahoo answers where some members are discussing the topic about being on level 2.

Hi,thanks a lot for your response. I seldom use yahoo answer, so my level must be at 1. To reach the second level, i know what i should to do now.

Hi aprilsong, I don't think in mylot you can use your yahoo account to answer and response.

Hi,friend, i am not meaning ask or answer questions using level 2 yahoo account here. I came across that in another website. Which says you must use level 2 yahoo account to do something there. So i ask the question.
