what is beauty when it really comes down to the nitty gritty?

I used to think that my amount of beauty was judged by how nice I could be or how many guys would fight over me.Beauty is not what people think you should look like; beauty is feeling wonderful about yourself and living being in your own skin.

For me, some beautiful person do know they were beautiful (talking about physical) unless someone said so to them, believe it or not. As one grows up, that is only time a person truly understand that you should believe within yourself that "you are beautiful" with or without a person telling them so.

When it comes down to the nitty gritty, then I would say that beauty is all about the person you are inside. It is your personality, your attitude towards others, your approach to life in general.
The most beautiful person on the outside may well be selfish and uncaring. But in contrast, those "less pleasing to the eye" may well have a heart of gold.

It is commonly known that most are attracted by the skin depth of beauty. Personally the most gorgeous person with a bad demeanor can be ugly.
