do you really have an instinctive love for the environment?

when I was younger, I'd say no. But when I had my secondary education, during seminar, I learned how to appreciate our environment and its importance. I mean, when I got to know the crucial role of our environment, it was like in a blue lightning. my passion for mother earth bloomed. it all started that way.

well.. to be honest, i don't really worry about it most of the time.. like dumping plastic into the ground.. i want my house clean so i don't usually think how my dumping all the plastic garbage into my neighborhood would effect the whole environment... sad but true..

Hi Sheeny! I love environment. I believe that we have to save our environment from destruction at any cost. Only a small number of people show concern for our nature. I have seen many fools trying to destroy their own home. What they want is money. What is the use of money if there is nothing left to eat ? What is the use of paper-notes and jingling coins if there is no drop of water left to drink ? God gave us nature to fulfill our needs, not our greeds. People must awaken from their dreams. They should come to their senses and understand that we are in danger. If our Earth is destroyed, there is nowhere left for us to go. I am so happy that one among the human beings has awakened. Enjoy life. Live in harmony with nature :) Best wishes =)

Hi Dear Sheeny! I think yew, I do have! I never like plucking flowers from the plants! I can never kill any insect or stinging bees! Since I am living on the farm we are surrounded by lot of wild life, right from stinging wasps, bees to poisonous snakes! But till the date I really don't recall having killed any one of these things! On the contrary I feel bad when people they kill the snakes. I try to make them understand the role of these creatures in our ecosystem. I grew cauliflowers once as some one advised me to go in for kitchen garden. Having sown the seeds I had some nice plants of cauliflower and there was a beautiful cauliflower. But believe me I couldn't pluck that flower and cook it and I let that plant to grow like that only, to get a new experience which has added to my knowledge! Actually the Cauliflower what we get is a inflorescence and when we let it grow like that we see many plant like branches are coming out and then they bloom with yellow flowers! The whole plant it looks like a shrub! This is my novel experience with the Cauliflower cultivation! I won't allow any one to cut green trees and plants and as far as possible I try to look after these greenery and try to add more to the existing ones! The all above things I do it instinctively! I feel I have got an natural instinct towards nature, Many a times just I talk with street dogs and they follow me wagging their tails! Thanks for the discussion! I liked it!

I think we all have this instinctive love for the environment. We usually don't express it unless some calamity or disaster strikes. Try to observe children who still have not gotten formal education. Just look at how they love to look at plants, play with insects, wanting to pet animals, appreciating the rainbow, the green grass or the blue sea. They weren't really told to love these, but they do. Ironically, it's when they grow up and become educated that some of them forget to take care of the environment.

Hi Sheeny, I usually have a feel for what my environment will be like sometimes I can judge it a bit differently but I do try to find the positive sides of the environment so I can work along with it. This way I have no regrets and perhaps learn something new.
