I would love to point out a simple recipe on how to make Southern Style Diet Banana Pudding. It is really simple and easy. As long as you follow the steps I have gotten from one of my cousins who lives far away from me. The items you need is bananas, fat free or reduced fat nilla wafers, fat free and sugar free banana creme or vanilla pudding, and skim or fat free milk. All you got to do is make the pudding as directed using a mixer blending the milk with the pudding contents. Then you set that aside. Slice all the bananas. And then you can choose the largest bowl possible. Starting at the bottom of the bowl, place nillas first. Then cover the nillas with banana slices. Then put the pudding on top of the banana slices. That will make a layer. You repeat the steps until you can get the desired number of layers within the size of the bowl. Then refrigerate for several hours to a day to ensure freshness as long as the bowl is covered. If you want, go ahead and choose any topping like fat free cool whip. Anyone has comments or questions, just simply respond to this. I hope you will enjoy this recipe.
