I cant afford to pay. So any advice on which site i should choose?
I want a site that i can manually edit through dreamweaver.

Well not getting you exactly.. you want to host your webpages online freely? you can do it from any of subdomain like freeweb, 110mb, bravehost, etc.. if you want to make your own domain like mycharitydomain.com you have to pay..
