Do you prefer coffee with a cigarette?

When I woke up every morning, after breakfast I always have my cup of brewed coffee in our terrace together with my cigarette. Its been my lifestyle every morning to start a good day because it felt good when you lit a cigar and sip a cup of hot coffee. But I also prefer to do this with someone you can talk to even though your partner will not smoke but I prefer that he /she also sips a cup of coffee to spark up a conversation. I've done this many times and its a very effective way to start your day.
