Why it conldn't upload photos on mylot?

I want to upload a photo to the Opera Moudule, and tried twice,but it failed? Who can tell me the reason? Tks~~

you can upload your favourite photos in the photos section at the top menu bar and it will give some credit for you and make a lot of fun over here..
