I wonder why this occurrence of back pain is getting higher in adolescence period. Most of my colleagues and co-workers are already have moan on BACK PAIN. According to our elders, back pain mostly occurred during in old age but nowadays, it is already in my age, late 20's. Is this cause by hard work and fatigue? How can we alleviate or prevent this back pain?

Generally, back pains are associated with getting old. But i am proud to say that i am now older but i haven't experienced ever , having back pains.
Maybe because, i have a good posture. Added to that, i don't have a job that requires bending. I am most of the time seated too and is working at my computer.
I am also puzzled why some of my office mates would sometimes complain of back pain too, when they all do is sit and work in their computers. They are also very much younger than me.
Perhaps you could try to visit a doctor and ask him about it. That way, whatever it is , it could be arrested at that early.

Back pain is usually feel when you are old or you don't take a good care of your body and bones. You must take a bone supplement to make it healthier take exercise and enough rest. Yeah your right maybe its because of over work and fatigue, tahts why you need to take supplements and exercise it will help you a lot.

Actually, I already have this in my early 20's and speaking of exercise, I really won't forget to spend in this sort of activity because I'm an athletic person. Re the bone supplements, I'll try to consult my doctor about the best for me. Thank you for sharing your advice.

If your back pain does not go away get it checked. It could be something else. get an x-ray or mri. I suffer in pain everyday from a spinal tumor. But they are rare. Hope you feel better. Take care.
