When i was still a child my mom used to told me stories like we, humans are came from monkeys.... as a kid i believe her, but as of today i totally disagree to the human evolution... the thought that i have a monkey family or maybe my great grandfather was once a monkey... it makes me sick... do you believe in human evolution?

I don't really see it as accomplishing anything i we continously worry about origin. I think religion is a waste of time and so is studying evolution, either have been proven and have no efect on modern society anyway. And i'm not sure if were evolvig that its or the better.

i really think religion is some kind of belief from every different kind of human being so its not a waste of time, weather you believe or not we religion believer don't care at all but saying that the belief of others as a waste of time is a bad thing cause whatever your belief was we don't say its a waste of time

everything in this world is not permanent. they always change. whether the evolution theory is right or wrong, we should accept that probably our recent human form is quite different from the human in the past. not only the physical form, the mental form also change. I think it is fine if human beings evolved through years, as long as we become much better in physical and behavior appearance.

i don't believe in this. plus.. there are evidence based on genetics and dna studies that there are no similarities in the genes that would link us evolving from the monkey lineage...

Sorry, you can disagree with evolution until you are blue in the face but you can not change the fact that evolution is a proven physical process and that the human species is just one of many animal species on this planet, all of which are a product of evolution. The human species has not evolved from monkeys but we do share a common ancestor with modern monkeys.

It isn't as simple s that. It isn't so much that humans evolved from monkeys but more like we evolved in paralell with monkeys and primates from a common ancestor mammal. And evolution isn't as simple as a primate suddenly giving birth to a human. It is a much more gradual process taking on the order of several hundred thousand years.

I've actually read something like this in my anthropology book. Its a course im taking this semester. I would quote the message, but it would take to long to find in the book lol. But from what I do remember, apes and humans are pretty much the same. Same brain size, same adpatation ability, they have the same number of fingers. If you look at any other animal, ape and monkeys are the only species with fingers. I though all the information given was cool, and understandable.

The simplest explanation that fits the facts is always the best. ALL life that we see on Earth today has evolved from a single source. Just the fact that ALL known forms of life use a single code (called DNA) made up of four elements shows that bacteria, algae, plants and animals have all evolved into the individual complex organisms they are today by varying that code. Humans are no exception to this. We are simply a species of ape which has developed a very complicated linguistic and social system and, as a result, the ability of 'abstract' thought.
