how do feel about promotions but its not yours

How do you feel when someone is being promoted and you thought that you deserve this. I am working,having seven years in the same level never promoted. They do employ people and you have to train them but for you to be recognised its not you, how do you feel

Just do what you have to do,change what you can change and accept what you can't change before you judge if you must be promoted.
