Get tired of life

Have you ever got tired of life? what do you usually do to overcome that? sometimes, i feel tired of my jobs and problems. To overcome that, i usually go for vacations or gather with friends, but that's only temporary. after i go back from vacation, i remember all my problems. i feel that my burdens are too hard for me. i want to put it down.

hi edev85, I met the problem like you too,i make a goal now,i want to be the person who i love,do not complain life,people,job,if i start complaining i will stop my thoughts. And remind myself who i want to be. Learn from elegant people around us,and reading books,listening to soft music,the mood will calt down.

I can agree here too, pretty much anything to get the mind busy enough to refrain from thinking so much.

First, let me say if you are working too much, that can be a problem. One day in 7 do absolutely nothing. GET BORED!!!. You will be surprised how this will change your outlook on life. Next, remember to make the choices you really want. We all have the power to choose what we deem important in this world. Must we have all the money in the world just to keep up with the jones??? The very best things in life are still free. Lastly, look to help others. When you help others, you get much more positive feedback. You feel you have accomplished much more and you have. These are just a few tips to get you started. Now take that day off. Get Bored and Think. Tommorrow is going to be grand. What will you create???

My dear friend when you get tired of job or work be relax with music or read books which give refresh to mind or play with kids gives refresh to your mind and body. many persons say when you tired go to yoga. But yoga is not much work than the above methods.

Life is difficult and I won't pretend that there are quick fixes for so many issues even in my own life. Although generally I am a content person I can feel really low and somehow need to get it out of my system. What I find at times is total peace and quiet but not for long periods though because then I have a tendency to think way too much. So anything pretty much to keep the mind busy. Sometimes even a nap helps.
