online game running on cell phone

Just curious if we now have some distiguished online game avaiable which can be running on phone? like in Android system,iphone application or other advanced phone application.In our country,this area is not well developed and one concern is that user will spend a lot on the network charge,but not sure if other country also has the same situation.please share your point.
